The Accusations Made Against Dave & Jenny
Like many HGTV stars, allegations have been made about the quality of the Fixer team’s workmanship. These allegations were made by Dana and Tyler Craddock in 2021. The Arkansas-based couple appeared on the show back in 2018.
According to the Craddocks, the Fixer team neglected to obtain proper Arkansas contractor’s licensing. The accusers also claim that Dave and Jenny failed to obtain construction permits and failed to consult with a professional contractor.
What’s even worse is that the Craddocks are accusing the team of hazardous work involving wiring and plumbing. They now say that their home is unlivable and that Marrs Construction Inc. has failed to repair any defects.
The Craddocks are sick of waiting for the team to come out and fix the issues. That’s why they’ve decided to sue Marrs Construction Inc., seeking $75k in damages.
What Was the Outcome of the Case?
As of right now, Dave and Jenny have refused to speak publicly about the allegations against them. There has not been any news of an upcoming season of Fixer to Fabulous, either.
Several sources say that the case between the Craddocks and the Marrs has quietly settled. We don’t know for sure, but there’s a good chance that Jenny and Dave decided to pay the damages. This would protect their reputation, and it’s not a massive price to pay for successful HGTV stars.
